Return Policy

At SiPARGO COFFEE, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality coffee products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as roasted coffee beans, or food items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sipargocoffee.in with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item. Our team will provide you with further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@sipargocoffee.in and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
